Spain - the new Italy?!
At Fratelli Bosco we are constantly looking to innovate, to keep our clients at the leading edge of food trends. With the growing interest in Spanish foods we are pleased to announce the creation of a whole new and exciting dimension to Fratelli Bosco, offering the very best of Spain and its ingredients.
To give real substance to this new area and deep insights into all things Spanish we are pleased to announce that Adrian Pryce has joined us to head up this area and strengthen the Fratelli Bosco team as our Commercial Director.
Adrian, who is fluent in Spanish, has lived in Spain for 12 years, travelling and eating his way through the regional Spain. Married to a Spanish wife, Adrian, with an MBA from Spain's leading business school, has been involved with importing & distributing Spanish foods in the UK since 2002. His clients have included Fortnum Mason, Aldi, Campbells Soups and Selfridges.
With his deep insight into Spain and its regional gastronomy, Adrian joins us with nearly 7 years experience sourcing, importing & distributing Spanish foods. He has a wide network of producers, large industrial and small artisan producers to cover the needs of all segments in the market. Core categories are charcuterie, cheese, oils & vinegars. Of particular note are leading edge IQF ‘pizza toppings' type chorizo and Serrano ham products, as well as fresh Iberico pork.
